Services are ordered and paid for through Fiverr. Fiverr’s terms of service govern the order itself, including payment, delivery, revisions, cancellation and any dispute.

Pricing shown is a starting point. Final scope, delivery time and availability are confirmed through Fiverr before an order begins.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a fixed quote. A price becomes a price when it is agreed on Fiverr for a defined scope.

Each service states what it includes and what it is best suited to. Work outside that scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed, and the scope is confirmed before an order begins.

A diagnosis is an investigation, not a commitment to a fix. Where a package covers written findings only, the findings are the deliverable, and whether to act on them is yours.

This work usually requires access to a live or test instance of your CPQ system, and to product, rule and pricing data that is commercially sensitive.

That information is used only to carry out the work you have ordered. It is not shared, republished, or reused in another engagement, and it does not appear in anything shown publicly. Access is only requested where the work actually needs it, and it can be revoked at any time.

Nothing on this site describes a real client system. The configurator demonstration uses an invented product with invented rules and prices for that reason.

Rules, pricing logic, configuration and code written for you as part of an engagement are yours, inside your own system, and you keep them whether or not any further work follows.

Nothing is held back as leverage and no part of the work depends on continuing to pay for support.

Ongoing support is available after an initial engagement and is billed monthly.

Offered through Fiverr when subscription ordering is available.

Unused hours do not roll over.

Major enhancements, implementations and integrations are quoted separately.

CPQ systems sit between an ERP, a CRM and often a CAD tool, and a change in any of those can affect behavior here. Work is done against the system as it is at the time, and a later change elsewhere is a new piece of work rather than a defect in the old one.

Delivery times are estimates confirmed on Fiverr before an order begins. Where something turns out to be larger than the ordered package covers, you are told before further work happens, not after.
